Rohit brings over two decades of global experience advising boards and executive teams across banking, superannuation/ pension funds, wealth & asset management, insurance, and capital markets.

His expertise spans strategy development, enterprise transformation, capital allocation, transactions and digital enablement—built through a combination of roles at global management and technology consulting firms and in-house executive strategy & transformation roles in the sector. He has led complex programs and advised on high-impact strategic initiatives including technology (Digital, Data and AI) across Australia and APAC, with a strong track record of driving tangible results. Rohit leads FSI practice across Australia and Southeast Asia, shaping strategic agenda with key clients in the region.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in Engineering Management, Certification as a Financial Analyst and a Certified SAFe 6.0 Agilist. Rohit is based in Melbourne, Australia.
