Gregoire Fifis is a Partner at Corporate Value Associates based in Australia. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and process engineering as well as an MBA from IE.

He started in the energy industry, holding management positions in operations, project and corporate. He also held executive position in lithium mining. With now more than a decade of consulting, he focuses on topics such as sustaining costs structuring, operations strategies, achieving operational excellence trough integrated planning and supply chain resilience, asset management strategy, remote operations and AI/Digital enablement, PMI, operating model, capital excellence from studies to ramp-up.

He has advised companies in a wide range of sectors: Mining – gold, iron ore, aluminum, lithium, potash/phosphates -, energy – utilities, oil and gas upstream/midstream/downstream, renewables.

Prior to CVA, Gregoire worked at Shell, Woodside, Albemarle, McKinsey and Partners in Performance.
