Patrick joined CVA in 2026, with a sector focus on financial services, consumer and agribusiness, specialising in strategy development, target operating model, transformation, and driving commercial performance improvement.

He has a passion for supporting growing New Zealand businesses and helping clients to address the challenges they face in a more volatile and uncertain operating environment.

Patrick joined CVA from ASB Bank in New Zealand where he led the Corporate Strategy function for six years. He has previously worked at PWC, Boston Consulting Group, Strategy& and Diageo, across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.

He has and BCom/BA from the University of Auckland, and an MBA from London Business School.
