Terrence Teh is a partner at Corporate Value Associates and oversees the Australia practice. He has worked as a strategy consultant for over 15 years across different countries in Australasia and Europe, with over a decade at Monitor Deloitte and Deloitte Digital. He has helped clients with a range of strategy and digital opportunities to uplift digital capabilities into different types of businesses. More recently, he led a boutique strategy practice at Pitcher Partners that collaborated closely with founder-own and family-run businesses on growth and expansion strategies.

Throughout his consulting career, Terrence has worked on different strategic challenges across a range of industries from financial services, energy, not-for-profits through to retail products and services. His passion for the retail sector has seen him help a range of clients in the constantly evolving space of digital marketing and E-Commerce. He has helped clients design new digital operating models, performance management frameworks, design new customer experiences and uncover unique customer insights through deep analytics. His focus has now turned towards helping businesses enter different markets across Asia Pacific and other parts of the world, and to compete effectively in these new markets.

Terrence holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and has also practiced as an architect in the property and construction sector in Australia and the UK. He continues to implement design thinking methods into his work, especially when it comes to go-to-market design, market entry implementation, growth, and commercialisation strategies for CEOs.
