Philippe Cochard

Philippe Cochard is a Partner at Corporate Value Associates in charge of the “Agri-Food Transition” platform, advising strategy of corporate and business activities in the whole ecosystem, “from natural resources to smartphone”, including farming, manufacturing and retail activities.

Philippe holds a double degree in Food Science Engineering from Agro-Paristech, an Advanced Master degree in Marketing Management from ESSEC business school, and has graduated from INSEAD. He has developed an international expertise in food & beverage production & retail. He began in 1992 at Danone Group in Sales (LU France) then Marketing in France, Central Europe, China and Africa Middle-East.

In 2007 he joined Kraft Foods as General Manager Biscuits Greece, then was named Global Marketing Director in charge of global brands (e.g. Oreo, Belvita) and category growth strategy which led to the creation of Mondelez.

In 2011 Philippe chose entrepreneurship and consulting as Partner with Accuracy. Simultaneously he developed business angel activities (Paris Business Angel) and launched a food start-up in China.

Philippe has been advising CEOs, C-suite executives and entrepreneurs in the food industry & gastronomy, retail and food service, quality of life services, animal health, food-tech and private equity funds. In 2016 he also acted as General Manager of Delifrance China in a context of post-acquisition.
