Amongst other things, you would be responsible for leading a case team and client staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the correct application of our methodologies, motivating and coaching your team, and monitoring progress to ensure you are on target to achieve client deliverables. You would be responsible for tracking remarketing opportunities with existing clients, and the development of networks within those clients, to allow you to identify their needs and write an appropriate proposal. You would also be encouraged to develop your own relationship network with the support of Partners and to take an active role in the marketing activity of the firm.
Would suit ambitious candidate desiring to attain to Partner level. Demonstrated experience in managing consulting projects and teams within the financial services industry, together with a proven record in establishing and maintaining client relationships is essential.

Your Profile
Candidates must have gained experience in a leading international strategy consulting firm, or the consulting arm of a top 4 accounting firm.
Outstanding academic credentials are essential and an MBA from a leading Australian or international business school will be highly regarded.
