The Position
CVA offers exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our Shanghai office as a Manager. You would manage a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures.
As a Manager you will assist a Senior Manager / Partner in overseeing a case and developing innovative, tangible solutions for our clients. Amongst other things, you would be responsible for leading a case team and client staffs on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the correct application of our methodologies, motivating and coaching your team, and monitoring progress to ensure you are on target to achieve client deliverables.

Your Profile
Experience:
You have relevant work experience of 5+ years (or 3+ years with an MBA or Ph.D.)
Demonstrated experience working with financial services or telecommunications is essential.
Experience working within a consulting firm, the consulting division of top 4 accounting firm, or the strategy department of a MNC is also required
Academic: You have completed a quantitative based degree such as economics/commerce/business, engineering, mathematics, or science. Your degree was obtained from a leading university and you possess an outstanding academic record
Analysis: You possess excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills, and highly developed analytical skills
Communication: You can demonstrate that you have excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Language: You are fluent in both verbal and written Chinese and English
