CVA offers exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our Shanghai office as a Case Manager. You would manage a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures. Our Case Managers assist a Senior Manager / Partner in overseeing a case and developing innovative, tangible solutions for our clients. Amongst other things, you would be responsible for leading a case team and client staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the correct application of our methodologies, motivating and coaching your team, and monitoring progress to ensure you are on target to achieve client deliverables. Your profile
You have consulting work experience of at least five years (or at least three years with an MBA or Ph.D.)
You possess excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills
You have an outstanding academic record, preferably in a quantitative field of study
You can demonstrate that you have excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Ideally you have had a reasonable exposure to business problems in the financial services and / or telecommunications sector
You are fluent in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
