CVA offers exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our Shanghai office as a Consultant / Business Analyst.
You would work on a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures.
We are offering 1 - 2 positions for new consultants with excellent salaries and opportunities for travel. A week long initial training course is
designed to fill any gaps in your technical abilities and equip you with the basic consultancy skills. Following this, you will quickly join your first
client facing case team where the real learning begins. Our company culture fosters a spirit of intellectual rigour, creative application and fun,
whilst the team environment will provide you with support for your ongoing development. In addition, throughout your career you will attend several
company-wide training events, where you will have the opportunity to gain new skills and meet international colleagues. Salaries are reviewed twice yearly

Your Profile
You have at least one year of consulting work experience. Alternatively, you have 1 – 4 years’ industry experience within the strategy department of a leading MNC.
You can demonstrate that you have worked in a relevant field and have gained solid experience
Your degree was obtained from a leading university and you possess an outstanding academic record
You possess excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills
You are able to demonstrate, through sports, membership of clubs, societies and other events that you have excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
You have excellent communication skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a quiet self-confidence.
You are fluent in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
