Associate (Berlin)

Your position

CVA is an entrepreneurial and dynamic strategy consultancy, employing over 300 people in 16 offices world-wide.

CVA offers exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our Berlin office as an Associate. You would work on a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures. The proportion of projects overseas should exceed half of your working time.

As an Associate, you would manage your own module of larger projects, analyse complex and ambiguous problems, manage client relationships and develop innovative, tangible solutions for our clients.

Your Profile

  • You have at least four years of relevant work experience (or at least two years with an MBA or Ph.D.).
  • You possess excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills.
  • You have an outstanding academic record, preferably in a quantitative field of study.
  • You have excellent communication skills, very good interpersonal skills and a quiet self confidence.
  • You are fluent in both verbal and written German, English and French.
