CVA offers exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our Milan office as a Case Manager. You would manage a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures. Our Case Managers assist a Senior Manager / Partner in overseeing a case and developing innovative, tangible solutions for our clients. Amongst other things, you would be responsible for leading a case team and client staff on a day to day basis, ensuring the correct application of our methodologies, motivating and coaching your team, and monitoring progress to ensure you are on target to achieve client deliverables.

Your profile
You have relevant work experience of at least five years (or at least two years with an MBA or Ph.D.).
You possess excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills.
You have an outstanding academic record, preferably in a quantitative field of study.
You have excellent communication skills, very good interpersonal skills and a quiet self confidence.
You are flexible in your interpersonal behaviour and open-minded. You show "big picture" thinking skills and "spider web thinking" allows you to use your intuition and experience to produce outstanding results.
You are fluent in both verbal and written English, French and Italian. Proficiency in another European language can be an advantage.
