CVA offers exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our Paris office as a Case Manager. You will work on a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures.
Our Case Managers assist a Manager / Partner in overseeing a case and developing innovative, tangible solutions for our clients. Amongst other things, you will be responsible for leading a case team and client staffs on a day to day basis, ensuring the correct application of our methodologies, motivating and coaching your team, and monitoring progress to ensure you are on target to achieve client deliverables. Your profile
- You have relevant work experience of at least five years preferably in strategy consulting (or at least two years with an MBA or Ph.D.).
- You possess excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills.
- You have an outstanding academic record, preferably in a quantitative field of study.
- You have excellent communication skills, very good interpersonal skills and a quiet self confidence.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in German and/or Italian can be an advantage.
