CVA offers exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our London office as a Consultant. You would work on a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures.
The Position:
We are offering four to six positions for new consultants with excellent salaries and opportunities for travel. A week long initial training course is designed to fill any gaps in your technical abilities and equip you with the basic consultancy skills. Following this, you will quickly join your first client facing case team where the real learning begins. Our company culture fosters a spirit of intellectual rigour, creative application and fun, whilst the team environment will provide you with support for your ongoing development. In addition, throughout your career you will attend several company-wide training events, where you will have the opportunity to gain new skills and meet international colleagues. Salaries are reviewed twice yearly enabling rapid progression for good performers.

Your Profile:
You are a motivated graduate, having completed a numerate subject such as economics, mathematics or engineering, with an outstanding academic record
You are able to demonstrate quantitative skills, commercial awareness and exceptional extra-curricular achievements
You are able to demonstrate both the ability to lead and effectively contribute to a team environment
You are able to demonstrate, through sports, membership of clubs, societies and other events that you have excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
You are fluent in both verbal and written English (with a TOEIC 860 and above for candidates who are non-native speakers). Proficiency in French and/or German may be an advantage.
