The Position
CVA offers exciting opportunities for talented and motivated people wishing to join our Tokyo office. You would work on a range of highly stimulating and interesting projects across various industries, geographic locations and cultures.
We currently have two positions available; one for a Consultant and one for a Graduate Consultant. We provide specific training designed to fill any gaps in your technical abilities and equip you with basic consultancy skills. You will quickly join your first client facing case team where the real learning begins. Your Profile
You are a motivated graduate, having completed a quantitative based degree such as economics/commerce/business, engineering, mathematics, or science. Your degree was obtained from a leading university and you possess an outstanding academic record
You are able to demonstrate quantitative skills, commercial awareness and exceptional extra-curricular achievements
You are able to demonstrate both the ability to lead and effectively contribute to a team environment
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
For the position of Consultant, you will also have 1-2 years work experience, ideally in a consulting firm or the strategy department of a MNC
For the position of Graduate Consultant relevant experience or internships will be highly regarded
You are fluent in both verbal and written Japanese and English (with a TOEIC 860 and above for candidates who are non-native speakers). Proficiency in other will be highly regarded
