He spent two years with Strategic Planning Associates (now Mercer Management Consulting) in London as Vice President and Partner, Head of European Insurance Practice.

Paul-André has extensive experience in the financial services industry.
He has been a guest speaker at many conferences on retail, insurance, retail banking and information technology.
He has also directed work and reported at Board level principally for clients in sugar, retailing, consumer goods - both mass and luxury, turbines, chemicals, non-ferrous metals, publishing, packaging, pharmaceuticals, electronics, telecommunications and software.
