Pascale was made a partner in CVA's Paris Office in 1999.
Expertise
During her career, Pascale has worked in various sectors ranging from industry to services, with a specific focus on Energy and Industrial operations (Non-Ferrous Metals, Building Materials, Packaging, Industrial Diamonds, Mechanical Engineering). Her focus is on strategy projects including portfolio management, growth and M&A activity. She has extensive experience in managing large-scale operational improvement programmes. She is also heading the CVA Sustainable Growth practice and advises her clients on how to embed sustainability concepts, tools and actions into their strategy and organisation.
